노트북 터치패드(Synaptics), 정상 작동하는 것 같은데... 탭&클릭(Click with Tap)이 어째서 작동하지 않는지?

아치위키 General Recommendation을 보면 Touchpad Synaptics 또는 libinput을 보라고 하는데...

문서를 봤더니 "Warning: xf86-input-synaptics is no longer actively updated. If possible, use libinput." => libinput 문서를 보라 하고...

문서를 봤더니 "For Wayland, the libinput package should be installed as a dependency of any graphical environment you use that has Wayland, and no additional driver is needed." => 웨이랜드에서는 GUI 설치할 때 끼워졌을 것이라 하니 드라이버 미설치 문제는 아닌 듯하고.

 

GNOME 설정 - "마우스 및 터치패드" 항목부터 살펴보는 것이 좋을 것 같았습니다.

 

 

"터치패드 두드리면 단추 누름으로 취급"을 활성화 하였더니 탭&클릭이 작동 되었습니다.

이외에 본인에게 필요한 항목들이 있다면 적당히 조정하고 빠져나오면 되겠습니다.
